We're four guys (not from Rolla) who work in the web design/development world. We love all the useful and clever stuff done with web standards, XHTML, CSS, ajax, etc.
We've found however, that instead of searching through google, alistapart, Zeldman, molly.com, quirksmode, SitePoint, etc., we often ask one another if we'd come across a particular problem.
Although we felt it was inappropriate to re-invent the wheel, it's not always as simple as "ask the oracle1".
So we built this site to help one another, either by pointing to a useful resource, describing how a specific resource worked up to a point and needed modifications, or producing some tutorials we felt needed doing. If it helps you, then let us know. Or make a donation, even!
For tonight's course, let's have some user submitted URLs.
Tutorials are good.
Your own sites that you might want to demo?
As an example here is a site I've been working on this week:

I thought I'd better do this on 31 March rather than April 1st in case no one believed me.
